Dressbylam.com is an online store registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under CR No.171227-1 (“LAM”) or ("we") for the purpose of but not limited to the sale of clothing, accessories and other items ("Product").

MAKING A PURCHASE
When you make a purchase through the LAM website, you are offering to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
PLACING AN ORDER
The Website contains an instructive guide that will walk you through the process of placing an order. You place your order for any selected items by clicking on the [Confirm Order] button at the end of the online order process.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference code and the value of your order that will be debited from your payment card.
Please note that while the Website lists only available Products, there may be occasions due to circumstances beyond LAM’s control, where the Product is not available. In this case a latest delivery, where applicable, will be communicated to you or an immediate refund of any unavailable goods will be made.
Unless otherwise notified, LAM acceptance of your order occurs when you receive an email notifying you that we have dispatched the Product(s) as ordered by you and noted on that communication. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred at the sending of this communication, regardless of technical problems you may experience, where the reasons are outside LAM’s control, which may result in you having not received that email in a timely manner.
LAM may not accept your order if:
- An item you have ordered is out of stock.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
COLOURS
We cannot guarantee that colors on the Website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
PRICING POLICY
At the LAM website you are given an opportunity to select your preferred currency. Prices are linked to the Bahraini Dinar.
All currency priced items will be honoured as advertised unless it is deemed incorrect by internationally recognized currency exchange rates.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season, using existing currency exchange rates.
PAYMENT
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon upon confirming your order from the LAM website. You hereby authorize LAM to process your payment upon confirming your order.
You confirm that the Payment card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the Payment card to use it.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, LAM will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All Payment card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
All reasonable care, as it is in LAM power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part, LAM cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Refunds and returns will be processed within 15 days from the date of notifying us of any fault or damage to the purchased item

LAM “content” is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this Site. LAM tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. LAM does not promise that LAM content is accurate or error-free. LAM does not promise that the functional aspects of the Site or LAM content will be error free or that this Site, LAM content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. COMPLAINTS & GOVERNING LAW

If you are unable to provide any of the required information, we may not be able to assist you .The T&C together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us, and hold us LAM harmless immediately on demand, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the T&C by you, including the use by any other persons accessing this Website using your Users account caused by your action or inaction.
LAM will not be liable for any issues with your order, late delivery, missing items, or defected items.
GENERAL
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms, together with LAM Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Website and any purchase by you of any Products from LAM, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then these Terms shall continue to be valid as to the other provisions and the remainder of the affected provision. Any waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms by LAM shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default and shall in no way affect the other provisions of these Terms.
